1. About Us

Volar Media House is an advertising agency offering services across industries like real estate, education, healthcare, media, and more.

Our services include:

Our goal is simple — deliver quality work with transparency and professionalism.

2. Pricing & Quotations

  • All pricing is shared after understanding your requirements.
  • Quotes are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Costs may change if the scope of work changes.

3. Payments

  • 50% advance is required before starting any project.
  • Remaining 50% must be paid before final delivery.
  • Final files, access, or rights will only be shared after full payment.
  • Payments should be made via approved methods (Bank Transfer, UPI, etc.).

4. Project Timelines & Responsibilities

  • Timelines are shared at the start of the project.
  • Delays can happen if required content or approvals are not provided on time.
  • Clients are responsible for sharing:
    • Content (text, images, videos)
    • Feedback and approvals

Work beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.

5. Revisions

  • Basic revisions are included within the agreed scope.
  • Major changes or additional work will be charged extra.
  • Revision requests must be shared within 7 working days of delivery.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

  • The advance payment is non-refundable once work has started.
  • If a project is cancelled midway, charges will apply for work already done.
  • Refunds are only considered if we are unable to start the project for internal reasons.

7. Ownership & Rights

  • All work remains the property of Volar Media House until full payment is made.
  • After full payment, rights to the final deliverables are transferred to the client.
  • We may showcase completed work in our portfolio.

8. Confidentiality

  • We keep all client information private and secure.
  • Clients should not copy or misuse our internal processes or materials.

9. No Guaranteed Results

We aim for the best outcomes, but we do not guarantee:

  • Followers
  • Rankings
  • Sales

Results depend on many external factors beyond our control.

10. Website Usage

a. Third-Party Content

Our website may include content from other platforms (videos, images, etc.).
 These platforms may collect data independently.

b. Data Collection

We may collect:

  • Name, email, phone (via forms)
  • Comments and uploads
  • Technical data like IP address and browser info

11. Limitation of Liability

Volar Media House is not responsible for:

  • Indirect losses
  • Platform changes (like algorithm updates)
  • Third-party service issues

Project success depends on collaboration from both sides.

We may update these terms anytime.
